Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors.

Security deposit
There is a security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.

Rules for Dog Friendly 
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorisation.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

Il est interdit de pratiquer toute activité de plein air pouvant générer du bruit entre 23 h et 8 h le lendemain matin. Les chiens doivent être tenus en laisse à tout moment à l'extérieur. Les passagers ne peuvent pas apporter leurs propres bateaux et les mettre sur le lac. Maximum de 2 adultes par chambre. Les tentes / roulottes sont interdites. LEs feux d'artifices sont interdits en tout temps. Merci de votre compréhension. 

 

* MUNICIPAL BY-LAWS Chertsey* 

It is forbidden to practice any outdoor activity that may generate noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next morning. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times outside. Passengers cannot bring their own boats and put them on the lake. Maximum of 2 adults per room. Tents / trailers are prohibited. Fireworks are prohibited at all times.
