Getting Around

We urge you to observe the following rules to be neighborly:

 1. Limit excessive noise, especially after 10 pm, so as not to disturb the sleep of other residents.
 2. If you listen to music, please keep the volume at a reasonable level.
 3. Please be aware of noise from balconies, terraces, around the fire, etc., as this can easily spread to nearby neighbors.

 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that we can continue to offer a pleasant experience to all our guests. We hope not to have to take any severe measures, but please be aware that if these rules are not respected, we may be forced to withhold part of your security deposit to cover the cost of any complaints and repairs.

Security deposit
A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. This amount varies between $500 and $3000, depending on the property selected. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding.
