Nestled between mountains and rivers, our property in Saint-Côme puts you at the heart of the region's best activities, summer and winter alike. 🛶 Au Canot Volant Water sports center offering canoeing and kayaking on the Rivière L'Assomption, with guided or self-guided options. ⏱️ Approximately 5 minutes from your cottage. Parc Louis-Philippe-De-Grandpré (Less than 10 minutes) this park offers 15 km of mountain bike trails in summer and 15 km of fatbike trails in winter, suitable for all levels Pourvoirie Coin Lavigne (10 minutes) this outfitter offers eight lakes for trout fishing and also offers snowmobile rentals. Festival Saint-Côme en glace (10 minutes) Every winter, this festival features over 150 ice sculptures along Rue Principale, creating a magical atmosphere. Val Saint-Côme tourist resort (Less than 5 minutes) This resort offers 36 downhill ski trails, eight of which are lit at night, as well as natural glades and a snow park area. 🌊 Chute-à-Bull regional park This park offers hiking trails leading to an 18-metre waterfall, panoramic lookouts and interpretive panels on local history. Since July 2024, a bat cave has been accessible to visitors. ⏱️ About 5 minutes from your cottage. 🐕 Kinadapt - Rawdon Dog sledding and cani-kart experiences, suitable for all levels. ⏱️ Approximately 45 minutes from your cottage.

*** To note: Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors. **BBQ maintained in summer only** Security deposit A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. This amount varies between $500 and $3000, depending on the property selected. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding. Rules for Dog Friendly We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our autorisation. ๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays. ๏ One dog only ๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old. ๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized ๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times. ๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours. ๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged. ๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
We had an amazing weekend at this chalet! The place was even better than the photos – super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. A great mix of rustic charm and modern comfort.
The chalet had everything we needed – comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, firewood, and even thoughtful little touches when we arrived.
We 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back!
Un très joli chalet. Nous y avons été pour une formation et l'espace était parfaite pour un grand groupe comme le nôtre. Le logement est grand et bien situé. De plus, en terme de matériels, il y avait tout à disposition et nous n'avons manqué de rien.

This is a very great place, the house is nice and clean, well decorated, we especially love the bunk beds which is a very different experience. We had a very good stay here during New Year’s Day! Highly recommend this place.
Nous avons passé un Noël mémorable en famille au chalet ! Nous étions 12 personnes et tout y est, cuisine très bien équipé, des chambres douillettes et lits confortable. Super bien éclairé confortable très propre et près de tous les services et commodités tout en étant bien isolé dans le calme de la campagne. Nous avons adoré notre séjour je recommande à tous.
