Security deposit
There is a security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.

Rules for Dog Friendly 
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our autorisation.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏  Maximum 2 dogs
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

Roughly 10 km of well-maintained hiking trails accessible to all levels, with scenic lookouts. Leashed dogs are welcome.

A natural site featuring a short hiking trail leading to a bubbling waterfall – perfect for outdoor lovers and photo enthusiasts.

🎿 Val Saint-Côme Ski Resort
Offers 61 ski slopes (12 lit for night skiing), 6 terrain parks, and a 300-meter vertical drop. Known for its excellent snow conditions and family atmosphere.

🛷 Super Glissades Saint-Jean-de-Matha
21 tubing runs divided between "Family" and "Adrenaline" zones, with some runs reaching speeds up to 100 km/h. Also offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and skating.

Well-maintained trails for all levels at the Lanaudière Resort and Conference Center.

The Slye and Lac Kaël trails are accessible for both snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter.
