Located in Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon, in the Lanaudière region, this four-season chalet welcomes up to 8 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and access to the public beach, it’s an ideal setting for spending time with family or friends.

Start your day with a coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake, then head out to enjoy the region’s activities. Back at the chalet, prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and spend the evening on the terrace around the outdoor gas fire pit.

Getting Around

📍 LAKE MASKINONGÉ AT YOUR DOORSTEP

Enjoy direct access to Lake Maskinongé and the public beach to make the most of summer days! Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or boating: the lake is at the heart of your getaway.

🚤 Motorized boats are welcome on the lake. There is no dock available at the chalet, but Marina Mandeville offers dock rentals and watercraft rentals. Contact the marina directly for availability, rates, and rental conditions.

☀️ SUMMER ACTIVITIES

• Saint-Gabriel Public Beach: enjoy swimming, relaxing on the sand, and picnics by the water.

• Water activities on Lake Maskinongé: explore the lake by kayak, paddleboard, pontoon, or motorboat. Rentals are available at Marina Mandeville.

• Les Sentiers Brandon: hike through the forest and stop at scenic lookouts to admire the surrounding landscapes.

• Mont-de-Lanaudière Observation Tower: follow the Sentier du patrimoine to the tower for panoramic views. The trail includes a challenging uphill climb.

• Vignoble Saint-Gabriel: discover local wines with a tasting and enjoy a wine cellar tour, depending on availability.

• Les Sentiers Brandon: explore the snowy forest on cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fatbike trails.

Security deposit *Except airbnb*
There is a security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. This amount is $750. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.

Rules for Dog Friendly 
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
